Group Secret got involved in an unfortunate automobile accident when their van slipped on a patch of ice and it overturned. The initial news reported that member Zinger‘s condition was serious, but it has since been confirmed that her condition is stable.
Secret members were coming back from a schedule at 2am on December 11th, driving on Olympic highway headed towards Jamsil. The van hit a patch of ice on a curb and it hit a guardrail on the right, overturning the vehicle.
After the accident all the members were taken to the emergency care at a nearby hospital. Zinger had suffered the most severe injuries with fractured ribs and a bruised lung. Jung Hyosung, Song Jieun, and Han Sun Hwa fortunately have only suffered light bruises and they’ve been discharged first.
A representative of TS Entertainment spoke with Xports News on the 11th, “Zinger has received the necessary treatments and she’s currently resting in the emergency room. The extent of her injuries are not too severe to be too concerned about. She’ll have to undergo another medical examination in the morning, so we’re waiting for that.”
The representative added, “We apologize for making the fans worry at an early hour of the morning. We’re trying to figure out exactly how the accident occurred.”
