Actress Lee Na Young transformed into a tough rough-around-the-edges detective.
Lee Na Young attended the production report of ‘Howling’ on January 10th at the Apgujeong CGV in Seoul and stated, “The role in ‘Howling’ was a big opportunity for an actress.”
Lee Na Young added, “The fact that the script for ‘Howling’ came to me was great luck. It was a big opportunity for an actress.”
At the production report, a clip with Lee Na Young’s character was revealed. Lee Na Young was immersed in the role of the detective rough and unhesitant in cursing out a storm. The gathered and quiet image of Lee Na Young was gone and there was the perfect image of a tough detective.
Lee Na Young smiled as she said, “In the project, I can show a different side to a female detective. It was also attractive that I could ride the motorcycle.”
On ‘Howling’, Lee Na Young plays the role of the rookie detective Cha Eun Young. Eun Young teams up with long time detective Jo Sang Gil (played by Song Kang Ho) to investigate the serial killings by wolf dog and unlike Jo Sang Gil, tries to find out the truth behind the events.
‘Howling’ tells the story of what happens when the veteran detective and the rookie find out what is hiding behind the killings.
