Daesung coming back after 7 long months

Big Bang’s Daesung has been staying hidden from the spotlight, reflecting on himself and his life after the car accident that has forever changed his life. The fans would be glad to know Daesung will make an official comeback starting December.

Daesung will have his first comeback stage at the ‘YG Family’ concert scheduled to be held on December 4th. It will be the first time in 7 months Daesung will be performing in front of his fans.

Daesung will also attend the production report press conference on the 8th, for the drama ‘What’s Up’. ‘What’s Up’ will tell the story of dreams and love of college students majoring in musicals. It is also Daesung’s first acting gig since his debut.

The filming for ‘What’s Up’ had been completed last year, but the time slot for the drama had not been decided, so the airing has been postponed up until now. Daesung will attend the press conference with writer Song Ji Na and actors Lim Joo Hwan, Lee Soo Hyuk, and Jang Hee Jin. He plans to talk about his transformation into an actor and about his life for the past 7 months.

Daesung will also resume international schedules. He will be performing at the ‘YG Family’ concert in Japan, which will be held in January at the Kyocera dome and at the Super Saitama Arena.

A representative of YG Entertainment stated, “We can’t give you any specifics because the schedule for Big Bang has not be decided yet, but Daesung will attend all other official schedules in plan”.
