Actor Cha Seung Won picked his family to be the most precious thing in his life.
On November 3rd, the biggest style awards ceremony, ’2011 Style Icon Awards’ (SIA) took place with MC’s Cha Ye Ryun, Kim Min Joon, and Park Young Rin.
Actor Cha Seung Won was named the ‘Style Icon of the Year’ at the SIA as well as the main ‘Style Icon’ award along with singers IU, Park Jung Hyun, Jung Jae Hyung, Lee Seung Chul, SNSD, and Actors, Yoo Ah In, Go So Young, Go Soo, and Ji Sung.
At the meeting with the press after the awards ceremony, Cha Seung Won was asked who he thought of first as he received the award and his answer, without hesitation, was family.
Cha Seung Won said, “My keyword is always family. (My) family is a very important and precious thing to me”.
Cha Seung Won added, “I can’t say that I work for them but they influence the choice of work. It’s also important making sure they are not hurt by things heard outside”.
Cha Seung Won also wittily joked, “I received 2 awards today but they don’t actually cost much. I’m still happy because the meaning and the value in them are good”
