Previously on September 13th on Kpopfever.com, we had reported “Sunny confesses almost half the SNSD members are in love or in a relationship”. Sunny had made the statement while on the show SBS’s ‘Strong Heart‘. (Here’s the article if you’ve missed it previously ==>Sunny SNSD)
SNSD’s Taeyeon, Yuri, Tiffany, and Seohyun were on ‘Big Brothers’ that aired on September 21st and had honest conversations about relationships.
On the Show the members Taeyeon, Yuri, Tiffany, and Seohyun denied Sunny’s statement on ‘Strong Heart’. MC Song Seung Hwan joked, “Then is it that more than half of you are?” and Tiffany answered, “Even if we wanted to be in relationships we can’t. I need a sense of responsibility because it was my dream that I was waited for”.
Taeyeon also added, “We know we’d be stressed out ourselves” and Seohyun also stated her opinion, “I don’t think it’s really the right time yet. I don’t really know when the right time would be”.

To be honest, I’m confused with the translation. In Strong Heart, soshisub translation says that Sunny answered “Rather than dating, it could just be one-sided love, right?” And then she said “Less than half.” I don’t speak Korean but my perception is this: regardless if any were/are in a relationship, she was strictly speaking of the girls who are crushing on someone. I also interpret it as her perhaps saying that none of them are dating, but those who are in love are less than half.
