SNSD Jessica’s paparazzi scare – Are the paparazzi going too far?

Group SNSD’s Jessica gets a scare at the airport by the frantic paparazzi. As the K-POP artists’ popularity grows, so do the monetary value on their reporting. The intensity in reporting K-POP stars’ news is growing along with the growth of K-POP and it is slowly becoming chaotic.


Coming out of the gate Jessica, Yoona, and Seohyun are relaxed and in a joyful mood.


The peace last for only minutes as the paparazzi and TV crews alike mob the SNSD members for a better shot.

Jessica looks like she’s about to have a heart attack.



She couldn’t smile even if she tried. Jessica is one of the smallest and probably physically the frailest member of SNSD, one can’t help but feel for her in these photos.

To put things in perspective, a similar scene unfolds every day in the metropolitan areas in Korea during rush hours in the subways and on the bus. However, the difference is that this can be avoided unlike the rush hours. More importantly though, it can be downright dangerous creating a mass panic such as what happened to SNSD at the airport.
