Group Leessang’s Gary will appear on SBS ‘Strong Heart’.
A production staff of ‘Strong Heart’ stated on the 22nd, “Today, we’ll have Gary as one of the guests on the show, his stock has been rising rapidly of late thanks to his excellent sense of humor. We are very much looking forward to having him on the show. We believe he will be hugely entertaining”.
Gary has become enormously popular after being cast as a regular member on SBS ‘Running Man’. His fans even have a saying for him, ‘I want to have you Kang Gary‘ and he is currently one of the hottest entertainers in Korea.
In a recent online survey performed on an online community site, people were asked to name the ‘Rediscovered star in the variety shows’ and Gary was voted No.1 by a wide margin.
This episode of ‘Strong Heart’ was hosted alone by Lee Seung Gi. It is the first episode filmed since Kang Ho Dong made his indefinite retirement announcement.

What we need is for him to be on more shows. Like infinity challenge or we got married with Song Ji Hyo hehe~ I just love his brand of comedy. He never puts anyone down for a laugh and it just comes to him naturally. I wouldn’t say that he’s a funny guy, but he’s got that natural sense of humor that just oozes out of him. I think Gary will go on to have a very successful tv career.
