Leessang, 10cm, and Rain are not backing down against the Idols at the charts.
According to Monkey 3 real-time charts on the 17th, Lee Sang’s ‘Turned off the TV“, 10cm’s ‘Hold me‘, and Rain’s ‘Busan Lady‘ have ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively.
The three songs competed against the songs by Sistar, Miss A, and 2NE1, but ultimately they came on top.
‘Turned off the TV’ is featured by hip hop artists Yoon Mirae and 10cm member Kwon Jung Yeol. The slow tempo and the expressive sound come together in harmony.
10cm’s ‘Hold me’ can’t be mistaken for anyone else’s song, but that’s a good thing. It sings about the love and life of the young.
On Rain’s new song ‘Busan Lady’ you can experience the sensitive and sweet voice of rain and it’s proving to be a big hit.
Monkey 3′s content team General Manager stated to this “High class musicians have brought on a fresh change to the charts, to what until recently it was dominated by the Idols”.
